What do I need to provide on the day of service?
We need enough space around the vehicle to work comfortably, plus access to an electrical outlet and/or a water source. These help us deliver top-quality detailing without delays.
Do I need to be available during the detailing service?
As long you give us access to your vehicle... we can get right to work. We need access to the keys for your car, van, truck, or suv that we are working on so that we do not lock ourselves out or set off any alarms. We can take the payment digitally over the phone and we will lock up and put your keys in a safe customer requested area. While it’s helpful if you’re available when we start, you don’t need to stay the entire time. As long as we have access to your vehicle, we’ll take care of everything.
How long does a full interior car detailing take?
A full premium interior detailing usually takes 3-4 hours, depending on your vehicle’s size and condition. This varies greatly depending on the type of job and how intense. Sometimes it can take 6-7 hours if we are needing to remove extreme pet hair, stains, kid's messes, biohazard, and size of vehicle. Pricing varies based on time and cleaning solutions used.
What if there’s bad weather on my appointment day?
Our team is prepared to work in a variety of weather conditions, including light rain, cold, and heat. However, if the weather is too severe, like heavy rain, freezing temperatures, or snow, we may need to reschedule to ensure the quality of our work. If this happens, we’ll reach out to reschedule, with your satisfaction and our teams safety as our top priority.
Can you remove tough stains and odors?
Yes, we specialize in deep cleaning, including stain removal and odor elimination. Results may vary based on the severity of the stain, and we’ll discuss expectations with you as we work. Severe odor removal options are available.

Our full interior detailing includes deep vacuuming, shampooing of seats and carpet, stain removal, leather conditioning, dashboard and panel cleaning, window polishing, while removing any grease, oil, and grime from the steering wheel and doors, leaving your car’s interior looking and smelling fresh. Cancellation Policy
We accept bookings 7 days a week. We just ask to please keep us updated with any changes to your appointment. Please give us an update in advance so that we have time to fill your appointment time if needing a cancellation.
